Looking for Experienced Sprinter van Drivers. I have immediate openings for a few solo Sprinter drivers. A couple units are at Panther Logistics and one is with RXO. Income is roughly between $600 to $1000 per week bring home. There are a dozen or so great weeks sprinkled in when things get real busy when bring home can be $1500. However, this does not happen all the time so $600 to $1000 is a very real and honest range. I do offer a minimum guaranteed salary if drivers have a bad line haul week through no fault of their own. Vans are insulated, interior is covered, there are beds, auxiliary power inverters with batteries, storage bins, straps, etrac with accessories, and all the safety equipment. Com Data cards are used for fuel advances if needed. Must have a clean background with no felonies, a good DMV report, pass a drug screen and be able to pass a DOT physical. Vans are in Medina Ohio or Athens Georgia for Pickup.
Loads are east of Lincoln Nebraska and we stay out of the boroughs of NY. Very easy job, the hardest part is being away from home. The job will take you on the road for a full couple weeks at a time. Not a good job for someone who has regularly scheduled obligations for family, personal or doctor appointments. However, if you love the open road, the adventure and not having a boss that gives you permission to go to lunch or the bathroom, this may be the right fit. Pay is 60/40 of the line haul split. Driver pays for the fuel (advanced if needed). Owner pays for the truck, insurances, uplift, repairs and maintenance. You will be reimbursed up to $250 for any travel expenses to pickup the unit. After 90/100 days of time in service you will receive a welcome on bonus of $250 - $500 depending on your average line haul totals. Example of a very average week for both are listed below for your reference. This is just and example: Many units reach $3000 + in weekly line haul, while some take it easier and only run about 1400 or 1500 miles and treat it more like semi retirement. You will have the autonomy to run your business as it fits you best and my fleet manager and myself as the owner will be here to help you succeed. We both understand, your success is our success!!

Less advances for fuel $ 400 (with relocations)
Occ/Acc ins $ 35
NTL ins. personal use $ 49 (This can be voided if personal car is at the carrier terminal)
Total Bring home Profit to driver: $766 (This will vary with time in service, turn down record, relocations ect... $600 to $1000 is a solid mark to figure)
